1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ElevateGlobe Elevate360 platform, including our website (https://elevateglobe.globians.in), mobile applications, and backend services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Roles & Account Registration

The Service supports multiple user roles, including Customers, Field Technicians/Employees, Managers, Administrators, and Vendors.

• Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Role Restrictions: Access to specific features (such as property management, task dispatching, and inventory approval) is governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to roles or features beyond your assigned permissions.

3. Elevator Maintenance & Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

For customers booking maintenance services or utilizing AMC agreements through Elevate360:

• Preventive Maintenance: Service requests and maintenance logs recorded in the app document scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown visits.
• Geofenced Service Verification: Maintenance logs and attendance punch-ins are verified using GPS location data to confirm physical technician presence at the specified property site.
• Emergency Breakdown Service: Breakdown complaints are subject to SLA tracking based on priority levels. Emergency breakdowns are escalated automatically according to operational thresholds.

4. Field Staff & Attendance Policies

• Technicians must upload accurate photo evidence and maintenance checklists upon completing assigned tasks.
• Falsification of location data, attendance logs, or maintenance records is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.

5. Spare Parts & Order Terms

• Quotations & Orders: Spare part prices and availability listed in the catalog are subject to confirmation upon order placement.
• Payment Terms: Payment methods (Cash on Delivery / Online Payment) will be specified per invoice. Payments must be settled according to agreed invoice terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, software code, database design, logos, and documentation associated with ElevateGlobe and Elevate360 are the exclusive property of ElevateGlobe Elevator Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for your authorized business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElevateGlobe Elevator Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized or illegal activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
